Face Charting is a complete study on its own nowadays. The Most advanced level of face chart makeup designing takes at least six weeks of intense training.

I want to learn how to make up myself, will this book help me?
This question is often asked. And the answer actually depends on you. To be clear, and to avoid misunderstanding, this book does not teach actual skin application. It teaches you how to make face charts and the techniques that are learned can be used to master any aspect of makeup.
This book teaches how to blend in a way that will blow your mind, how to draw perfect eyebrows (and thus 'understand' eyebrows), eyeliners, lip art, and undeniably important essential color theory, and so on.
So if you take yourself and your desire to learn makeup seriously enough, the answer is yes, you will benefit from this for a lifetime.
However, if you are only looking for a book that gives you instructions on what to apply where on your face, then this is not for you.
I don't speak English very well, is the book suitable for me?
For now, the book is only available in English. It will be quite difficult if you really want to read it all, and don't understand a word of English, but if you can follow this FAQ you are reading now, then you're good to go!
It is not complicatedly written. And the step-by-step chapters are visually very clear. In addition, the bonus video is added as extra support.

Does ‘The Face Chart Book’ come with makeup?
No, it doesn’t. The title of the book is ‘Facechart Drawing With Makeup’ but no makeup comes with it.
I ordered the Digital-book but didn’t receive any download link, what went wrong?
Most probably: the email address was entered incorrectly, contains errors, or letters were entered incorrectly. Please contact Customer Service via the link below and they'll solve it right away (that means within 24 hours.)
I filled in the unique code (and left my computer), but tells the code is invalid, what to do?
The code can only be entered once. When one somehow leaves the page, or wait too long, for security reasons the code is locked for 24 hrs.
Try again after after this period! Check your spam boxes as well. If you can’t manage to enter the code after this; email Customer Service at mail@facechart.art and they’ll help you through!
I received the download link, clicked to download but don’t see it anywhere. What went wrong?
Nothing went wrong! (probably.) First check your dropbox, if not there, check the download folder, or the ‘files’ map, or it might be in your ‘books’ app or so. Search your device for ‘facechart’ and it probably appears somewhere.
After checking; try again with a decent WIFI/internet connection. If this doesn’t work, use the contact options to reach out to us. Keep in mind there is a limit to the amount of downloads.
How can I view the Video Masterclasses that are included?
You’ll receive a mail with links, the video course is 5 parts of streaming video. Streaming only, no download links are included.
